Welcome to Incarnation-St. James School - a coeducational, Catholic elementary school serving the Ewing, Trenton and surrounding communities since 1955. We offer full day Pre-K through 8th grade, a safe and affordable after school program, state of the art science and technology labs, outstanding teaching staff, and so much more. Visitation by the parent and student is encouraged and suggested prior to enrollment. Visitors may take a tour with a Student Ambassador, and receive our admissions packet upon request.  When school is in session, tours may be arranged by stopping by the main office, or by calling 609-882-3228.  Normal school hours are 7:55 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.  During summer months, the school office is open from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Monday through Thursday.   Click here to give us your contact information and someone from the Admissions office will contact you.   

Enrollment Procedures

Incarnation-St. James is a small school dedicated to the education of young students. We have one classroom for each grade, Pre-K through eighth grade. Registration begins in the month of January. 

Student "Shadow Days" are scheduled for new students to spend a day. At this time the entrance test is also administered.

The following records must be presented at the time of registration:

• Birth Certificate
• Baptismal Certificate
• Health and Immunization Records
• Registration Fee - $100 per student
• A copy of the students most recent report card and test scores
• Social Security Card
• ISJ Registration Form
• Enrollment Agreement
